A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Meet your coach

I'm Bec, a mum of three beautiful girls.

After having my first child, I was ready for a career change. I had always been active throughout my life and I knew I wanted to be able to help and support mums through their fitness journeys after having their babies in a safe way. 

I went on and studied to become a Personal Trainer and further on a certified Pre and Post Natal trainer and a womens health and fitness coach. 

I work closely with a Women's Health Physiotherpaist to ensure women get the best care and support.

I am also a proud member of the MumSafe team of fitness professional who provide safe and effective execrises at every stage of motherhood!

I look forward to working with you!

Simone

I joined Bec about a year ago after seeing her post on socials. I had got to a point where I’d decided I needed to start focusing on myself and needed the weekly motivation to get out of my comfort zone. I’ve mostly focused on strength training which I’ve developed a real passion for since joining. Bec encourages me to push myself and get the most from my session but also making sure my form is right and I’m feeling comfortable in each exercise. I thought I was joining for fitness but I’ve also found myself part of a wonderful community of women who are supportive and friendly. I can’t imagine not having Bec part of my weekly routine now, she is an amazing trainer and a beautiful person.
