At Bec Roberts Fitness for Mummas I know how challenging it can be to find the right trainer with sessions times that suit your busy lifestyle. As a mum myself I totally get it! That's why I offer 3 different ways to train with me so there is sure to be a training service for you!
To help maximize my clients ability to attend all sessions my training is offered in training bocks with the opportunity to make up sessions if there is availability, or by joining me through zoom.
I also understand the importance of having a space that is child friendly because I know exactly what it's like to be a mum and believe a welcoming place for mums and their kids is a key component to women thriving with their fitness journey.
So at Bec Roberts Fitness for Mummas I have a large dedicated space for you to bring your children so they can play while you train!
Face to Face Small Group Training
Choose a session time and day that suits your weekly schedule and establish a training routine for maximum results each training block. At Bec Roberts Fitness for Mummas you can be assured that whether you are pregnant, post natal, have an injury or concern such as pelvic floor issues or abdominal separation, Bec has the experience and training to modify sessions for you. Maximum of 8 women in a group.

The Mum Movement Hub- Online training
This is a great option for those who prefer to train at home with little to no equipment. Join the online hub for 30 minute workouts each week with the option to watch recorded sessions at your convenience. All trainers are Mumsafe™️ trainers with the experience and training to coach you through any modifications you may need.


Experience
Bec has completed further training to support women at all stages of life, especially motherhood. As a mum herself she also understands the challenges it involves and the changes your body goes through. When you begin at Bec Roberts Fitness for Mummas she will spend 1:1 time with you before your first session to get to know you and your story and assist you with any concerns.
Whether you have pelvic floor issues, abdominal issues, injuries, are pregnant or recently post partum, Bec can support you and your exercise safely.
